However, it has been appropriately challenged as being too US centric and too heavily reliant on DoD terminology. • The opportunity is to create a document that is of more value to the commercial environment and is accepted by the international community. To that end the new document will be consistent with ISO 15288. • SEHv3 will provide the basis for SE certification, and the certification exam will be revised based on this new document (SEHv3 will not be constrained by the existing certification exam.
